POST STAY SURVEY & TRIPADVISOR REVIEWS
As a TripAdvisor Joint Review Collection Partner, INTUITION seamlessly integrates a licensed review widget into its enterprise-level survey system. Guests receive custom branded email invitations asking them to rate the client’s hotel on the world’s largest travel website and answer a few short questions about their stay. This integration means that the guest does not have to visit TripAdvisor.com to separately post a review – its submitted from within the survey itself, making it extremely easy for guests and increasing review volume by an average of 400%.
Collecting data is only useful if a client can easily interpret it. The INTUITION Intelligence platform is custom built to suit client needs, only showing them what they want to see. It can take multiple data sources and combine them into simple or complex dashboards, instantly identifying areas of success and areas for improvement in departments throughout their business.
